Available to graduates of the "Intro to Fitness Program" or those who have been consistently training for at least 6 months. This program is designed to help you overcome those nagging plateaus halting your progression to further wellness. You will meet quarterly with the medical and personal training team to discuss medical, pharmaceutical and specific training suggestions. Key to this program is the establishment of fitness routines already in place - this is not a quick fix to weight loss but rather an option to maximize performance and overcome those barriers.
